About the role (Duties):
- Have the ability to put the client’s finances, and that of their families, first and foremost at all times.
- Identify financial needs with potential and existing clients.
- Ensuring adherence to Central Bank compliance regulations and standards.
- Provide on-going service and advice to clients.
- Work to agreed standards, and our 10-step financial planning process to build our valued clients ‘Master Plan’.
Skills & Knowledge required:
Ideally the candidate will be a fully Qualified Financial Advisor, with at least 3 years experience.
If you are aspiring to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) it would be a considerable advantage.
Previous experience in a similar role, either in a brokerage, bank assurance or life assurance company is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and numerical reasoning skills.
Ability to work with the latest technology and software, inside and outside the industry.
Time management and organisation skills.
