Infinity Financial Planning have an internship opportunity available for a motivated student looking to gain valuable industry experience across a variety of areas within the financial services Industry.                                                                                               

The responsibilities:

• Processing and overseeing new business applications for Group Pension, Individual and corporate investments, Individual and Company pensions, Life, Serious Illness and Income Protection
• Administer all existing business ensuring a smooth and efficient service at all times.
• Develop relationships with product providers, underwriters and their internal sales force; liaising with relevant personnel within all third party organisations on a regular basis.
• Provision of comprehensive, quality customer service support to all our individual, corporate and private high net worth clients, in a timely manner.
• Internal communication – website, newsletters, media content management – preparation, planning, scheduling, execution and monitoring of content/imagery.
  • Ensure all external and internal communication supports our mission with positive adult, youth empowerment and education focus.
  • Maintain close contact with other key areas of the business to ensure that all communication is positive, coordinated and reinforcing of our educational messages.
• Develop the organisations’ online presence using engaging content
  • Enhance our visual representation online (graphics/images generation)
  • Identify influencers on social networks and connect/develop relationships.
  • Responsible for day to day content management and interaction internal and external newsletters and websites.
  • Build upon existing communities and build new communities.
• Keep up with latest trends, news and respond fast to changes in social networks.
  • Use Social Analytics tools to monitor trends and find out what works well to build best practice.

Ideally the candidate is:                                                                                                            

• Someone with excellent IT skills.
• Currently participating in Third level studies in a relevant area, i.e.  Commerce, Business Information Systems, Marketing, Finance.
• A genuine interest and passion in both the financial services industry as well as social & digital media, monitoring and engagement.
  • A knowledge of and familiarity with social networks such as Linkedin, WordPress, Mailchimp, etc. would be a distinctive advantage.
• Strong communication skills especially in proposal writing and presentation. Ability and experience writing engaging, easy to read content.
